Basic Uses & Description: Pro-Eco Sil High Solids Silicone Roof Coating is a solvent-free, one-component, moisture curing silicone roof coating system designed for use over metal, TPO, PVC, Hypalon, EPDM, modified-bitumen, smooth surface BUR, granulated cap sheet, well-adhered acrylic coating, and concrete substrates.

Our high solids silicone roof coatings provide long-term protection through resistance of: weathering, aging, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain, snow, UV radiation and the temperature extremes typically found on roofs.  Due to their high solids content, our high solids silicone roof coatings can be applied in excess of 40 mils in a single coat without blistering, all while maintaining maximum adhesion.

Composition and Materials: Pro-Eco Sil HS 3200 Series Solvent-Free Silicone Roof Coating is a dispersion of silicone rubber.  This coating is a one-part, ready-to-use material that can be applied easily to a dry, frost-free surface. It cures at normal temperature in 1 to 4 hours by reacting with moisture in the air.  For applications with lower than normal humidity levels, expect the cure time to be longer.
