Basic Uses & Description:

Our Low Solids Silicone Roof Coating is a one-component, moisture-curing, silicone roof coating system designed for use over sprayed polyurethane foam.

This roof coating provides long-term protection through resistance of: weathering, aging, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain, snow, and UV radiation.  The silicone membrane remains flexible even when exposed to extreme temperatures typically found on roofs.

Composition and Materials:

We create our Low Solids Silicone Roof Coating as a dispersion of silicone rubber.  This coating is a one-part, ready-to-use material that can be applied easily to a dry, frost-free surface. Our low solids silicone roof coatings cure in 1 to 3 hours at normal temperatures by reacting with moisture in the air.  For applications with lower than normal humidity levels, expect the cure time to be longer.
